  • Read and understand the important information detailed in step 5
  • Attach a copy of suitable identification
  • Include payment details

Please note that you may only request a copy of your own credit history. For security purposes, prior to receiving a credit file you will be asked to verify your identity. You can obtain more detailed information regarding the access and use of personal information on our privacy page.

Lost or Stolen Identification

To help protect against identity theft and any subsequent fraud, you can request that personal identification, that has been lost or stolen, be recorded on your credit file.

Once lost or stolen identification has been reported to the police, please call Veda Advantage on 0800 692 733 (MYCREDITINFO) to register the details of the identification. Typical identification will include credit cards, passport or drivers licence.

To ensure you are aware of any changes to your personal credit information, Veda Advantage also offers My Credit Alert allowing you to keep track of who is accessing your credit file and why.
